Children and Adolescent Therapy
Growing up comes with unique challenges, and sometimes children and teens need extra support to navigate their emotions, relationships, and changing world. Experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, school-related stress, low self-esteem, friendship difficulties, or major life changes can be difficult; therapy provides a safe space where they can express themselves, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills.
